We are an Irish, family owned dairy company established in 1986, who specialise in both traded and value-add dairy products. We operate from our Cork City offices and our BRC grade AA value-add facility located in the heart of the fertile golden vale region of Ireland.

We are independent, yet connected, offering the finest quality Irish Butter & Cheese products at a global level. We use only the finest grass fed, pasture based, hormone free dairy products tailor made to suit you.

Our Products

Our extensive product offering ranges from bulk premium grade (suitable for retail or foodservice), to value-added formats (suitable for industrial use). All of our Cheese & Butter products are graded in advance to meet our customers specific requirements on both flavour & functionality. This is where we excel!


Butter is an excellent choice for adding flavour and richness to cooking, baking and dinner table occasions. Salted Butter has a minimum of 80% saturated dairy fat with 2% salt. Unsalted butter has 82% saturated dairy fat. Butter is rich in vitamin A, short and medium fatty acids which are essential for a healthy immune system

Our Cheese is made from GMO free, pasture based, cows milk. It takes 10,000 litres of milk approx to make 1mt of cheese. Cheese has a variety of flavour and texture profiles depending on the age and type of cheese from Mild to Mature Cheddar and Hard Italian Cheese to soft Camembert. Cheese is valued for its high content of calcium and protein as well as for its long life and functionality.
